Summary: Featured speakers/guests:
Theresa May's Conservative Party lost their Parliamentary majority in last week's UK snap election, but Jeremy Corbyn's Labour Party surged, adding 30 more seats to their total. The only party that may be willing to strike a deal with the Conservatives that allows them to stay in power is the Democratic Unionist Party of Northern Ireland, but that would violate the spirit of the Good Friday Agreement on the status of Northern Ireland. The same is true of any deal that Labour might strike with Sinn Fein, but a deal between Labour and Sinn Fein is highly unlikely.  Pacifica/KPFA Reporter Ann Garrison, British comic Jonathan Pie
