On today's show host Mitch Jeserich interviews Christine Ahn about North Korea. Christine Ahn is the founder and international coordinator of Women Cross DMZ, a global movement of women mobilizing to end the Korean War, reunite families, and ensure women's leadership in peacebuilding. She is also co-founder of the Korea Policy Institute, Global Campaign to Save Jeju Island, the National Campaign to End the Korean War, and the Korea Peace Network.

Then, Olive Sand, producer for Letters and Politics interviews Karissa Haugeberg about her book Women Against Abortion. Karissa Haugeberg is an assistant professor of history at Tulane University, and we talk about women from 1960 to the 1990s and their involvement in movement against abortion in the US.
