Summary: Featured speakers/guests:
Last Saturdays March for Our Lives expressed outrage about weapons of war used on civilians here, but not about US wars. Massachusetts Congressman Seth Moulton, an Iraq War veteran, even posed in combat uniform with an assault rifle and a message that said, "I know assault rifles. I carried one in Iraq. They have no place on Americas streets." When he Tweeted that message, someone who identified as Bitter Arab Tweeted back, "And what the [BLEEP] business do they have on the streets of Iraq, you scumbag?"  Riva Enteen, steering committee for the Women's March on the Pentagon, former Program Director for the National Lawyers Guild
Notes: Credits:
The Womens March on the Pentagon would like to see March for Our Lives expand its message to include gun control overseas, where the US has engaged in seven aerial bombing campaigns in the past seven years, including five that are ongoing with no end in sight. KPFA's Ann Garrison spoke to Riva Enteen, a member of the steering committee for the Women's March on the Pentagon coming up on October 20 to 21.  KPFA Saturday Evening News
