Summary: Featured speakers/guests:
He led a remarkable life filled with struggles and tales of bad luck but also stories of worldly adventures and meetings with seminal blues figures such as Muddy Waters, Little Walter and Champion Jack Dupree. Along the way he recorded extensively, first as Rocky Fuller for Chess, later contributing to some of the best lowdown blues the genre has ever produced; like Reds Dream, Sweet Blood Call, and Im Too Poor to Die. In total, he recorded almost 50 albums during a career spanning 65 years and received multiple awards internationally. He made a tremendous impact to the genre and the players he befriended like Paul Oscher, Bob Corritore and Sugar Blue who lend their comments to this tribute in memory of their longtime companion. This tribute also features an interview and two studio performances with Louisiana Red conducted shortly before his passing in 2012.   Louisiana Red
