Summary: Featured speakers/guests:
This is the story of how South Portland Maine, a town of 25,000, closed its port to tar sand exports and won a battle with Big Oil.

We follow the story from a few people in a living room to overflow attendance at city council, a vote to ban tar sands, a decision to stand firm against Big Oil's lawsuit, and a precedent setting legal victory. Moving testimony by children, grandparents, fishermen and others. A lawyer explains Home Rule, the Commerce Clause, and how end-of pipeline communities have the power to protect their citizens, land, and natural resources.
