Conrad's classical training at New England Conservatory Princeton led to arranging assignments of "source music" for diverse films, and ultimately, to orchestrating and "ghost writing" many major motion pictures.
His orchestration credits include the first three Star Wars movies, both Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows films, King Kong, and The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, among dozens of others.
He has composed the score for several of smaller films, and his most score composition is for the film My Week with Marilyn starring Michelle Williams and Kenneth Brannagh.
Conrad has several awards for his work, including winning the Leonard Bernstein Fellowship and Fulbright Fellowship. His work has been performed from the United States to Europe to Australia.
