THE FINAL STEP FOR DEMOCRACY IN EXILE:
Dharamsala producer Lhakpa Kyizom gives a personal analysis of the new Tibetan leadership and the transition to a fully democratic government in exile as Tibetans in India commemorate the 53rd year away from home.
THE EXILE FILES: Part 2 "Strangers" - The second in our new series by a young Tibetan writer, Thupten Dakpa, trying to make sense of sex, gender issues and relationships in his own community in India. In this episode, Thupten he investigates how the mobile phone has replaced face to face interactions between the sexes and affected how young Tibetan men and women communicate or mis-communicate with one another.
OPEN MIND: A SKEPTICAL TOUR Rebecca Novick visits a popular traveling tour of Buddhist relics in Westminster, Southern California, and tries to make sense of what she finds.
SPECIAL REPORT on the latest self-immolation of a young Tibetan man that took place during a public rally in New Delhi, India, on March 26th.
