We spend the hour with academy award nominee film maker Marshall Curry.
He came into studio to discuss his film "If A Tree Falls" which tells the story of a
cell of ELF, the Earth Liberation Front. ELF, operating in separate and anonymous
cells without any central leadership, launched a series of arsons against dozens of businesses accused of destroying the environment. Marshall Curry shares with us how he came to make the film, some of the challenges he faced and some of the inside story of the lead character in the film Daniel McGowan as well as other ELF members.
