ESTADOS UNIDOS.-El escandalo que obligo a renunciar al ex jefe de la CIA, David Petraeus, alcanza a otros altos militares estadounidenses.
UNION EUROPEA.-En una accion sin precedentes trabajadores de varios paises europeos lanzan una huelga general para repudiar las medidas de austeridad aplicadas por sus gobiernos.
ESTADOS UNIDOS.-La Asamblea General de la ONU condena por vigesimo primera ocasion el embargo economico y comercial que por medio siglo mantiene Estados Unidos contra Cuba.

MEXICO.-Con el voto del PRI, PAN y Verde Ecologista, el Senado mexicano aprueba en lo general y en lo particular la polemica reforma laboral y la remite al Ejecutivo federal para su promulgacion.
